Management Team

Andrews International Government Services (AIGS) establishes project management and oversight at or near client sites, while executive leaders keep their fingers on the pulse of the security service operation through close involvement and communications with local management and client representatives. The AIGS Client Support Center, Special Response Teams and corporate resources are available around the clock to ensure uninterrupted coverage and immediate responsiveness under ordinary and extraordinary conditions.

Local recruiters, trainers, and field managers focus on staffing each site with qualified, competent security officers and delivering employee support and customer satisfaction. Supervisors, account executives, and senior managers share responsibility for performance management functions and are actively and personally involved in every aspect of security service delivery. Our executive managers coordinate resources for each project and provide leadership informed by insights from diverse backgrounds in business, law enforcement, the military, and corporate security and decades of experience with government security services.

Following are links to a sampling of the credentials of key people on the AIGS leadership team.

Through local execution, executive leadership, and enterprise-wide strategic support, AIGS delivers the best of all worlds – immediate local response, high-level management access, and continuity of security service and performance across all locations. Linking account management to executive leadership and corporate support leads to a level of quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail that other management models cannot match.

Small Business Partnerships

Growing in partnership with small businesses and diverse suppliers

Andrews International Government Services (AIGS) actively fosters partnerships with small businesses and maintains a robust supplier diversity program. Promotion of small business and supplier diversity is as rewarding to us as a government security services company as to the small businesses and diverse suppliers we support.

The success of socially and economically disadvantaged businesses improves the standard of living and economic conditions in our communities, and participation of these businesses in competitive acquisitions helps level the playing field through healthy competition among suppliers. With so many clients seeking contractor support for their small business and supplier diversity goals, partnering with these organizations is a win from every angle.

Proactive engagement of small businesses and diverse suppliers is an integral part of our strategic sourcing and procurement process. We participate as mentors in the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA's) Mentor-Protégé program. Through the Mentor-Protégé program, large business prime contractor firms provide mutually beneficial developmental assistance to small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns.

We encourage businesses certified under SBA's 8(a) Business Development Program to contact us. We welcome the opportunity to establish new, mutually rewarding partnerships in support of our delivery of government security services.
